Pay by Phone Parking

You can now pay for your parking with your mobile phone using your debit or credit card.

Working in partnership with RingGo, we are providing the service in most of our car parks across the district.  Once registered with RingGo you will be able to ring a local number (01304 892895) to pay for parking over the phone. 

When you use the system for the first time users you will need to give details of your vehicle and where it is parked, how long you want to park for, and your full card details.  The next time you call, RingGo will remember the mobile number and will ask you to confirm your vehicle details, your location, and how long you want to park for, plus your card security code. 

You can register on-line at the RingGo website or during your first call. 

Using the service costs a flat-rate of 20p, (which is not retained by the Council) in addition to the normal parking fee.
