Have Your Say At Neighbourhood Forums

Local residents are invited to come along and have their say at the joint Deal and Walmer/Dover North Neighbourhood Forum meeting on Tuesday 26 January 2010 at Walmer Science College from 6.30pm.

The meeting includes an important first for the district - as for the first time, the Forum will feature live webcasting, which means that people everywhere will be able to access the meeting from home, and watch online.

The subject of the Forum will be ‘Focus on Transport – Road, Trains and Buses’.  The meeting will give residents the opportunity to give their views on transport in the area and to question the main service providers.

Doors open at 6pm, with light refreshments and an opportunity to meet your local County, District, Town and Parish Councillors, and other Forum members. Residents will also have an opportunity to talk to a representative from the Dover District Community Safety Partnership. All suggestions are welcomed from local people about what they would like to discuss at future meetings.
