Strategic Housing
Housing Strategy 2010-15
Dover District Council recognises that access to good quality
housing which people can afford is at the heart of the future for
our communities. The Housing Strategy aims to identify the key
issues that make a real difference to local people.
Priorities include delivering housing growth and more affordable
homes for the future, as well as improving the condition of
existing homes, addressing inequality, and enabling vulnerable
people to access quality housing and live independently.
