brief was adopted by the Council as Supplementary Planning Guidance
to the Dover District Local Plan on 23rd July 2003.
The drawings and plans contained within this brief are for
illustrative purposes only. They represent one possible development
option. The scheme that is approved for development may differ from
that shown but will incorporate the design principles contained
within this brief.
This consultation provides you with the opportunity to comment
upon and influence these principles.
There will be a further opportunity to comment upon detailed
matters when a planning application is submitted to redevelop the
site. The brief will be used to negotiate a high quality scheme and
assist in determining the application.
