Local Plan - 'saved' policies

Dover District Proposals Map

The Dover District Proposals Map (February 2010) replaces the Local Plan proposals map (adopted 2002). In the Local Plan Written Statement, some of the policies remain 'saved', whilst some have now been superseded with the adoption of the Core Strategy. Please read the document below for clarification of which policies currently form part of the Development Plan.

The Dover District Proposals Map (February 2010) incorporates both the Local Plan 'saved' policies and the Core Strategy policies. Those policies which  have not been saved, or have been superceded with the adoption of the Core Strategy are not shown on the Dover District Proposals Map as they now no longer form part of the Development Plan. These policies are now no longer included within the electronic version of the Local Plan Written Statement (2002).
