Performance Monitoring
The council monitors its performance against a range of
performance indicators including National Indicators, Local
Performance Indicators and Best Value Performance Indicators.
Targets for the National Indicators are set locally and at a
national level, LPI and BVPI targets are set locally. Performance
Indicators are incorporated within Service Plans for each area and
these link into the organisation's Corporate Plan.
Performance is reported to the management team and councillors
on a quarterly basis throughout the year.
