At Dover District Council we recognise our District is on the brink of transformational regeneration that will affect every resident and visitor. Our top priority, working with partners, is to regenerate our district in a sustainable way that gives our residents a world-class future.

Releasing our district’s potential will need to be built on innovative service delivery so that we continue to strive for excellence.

The Corporate Plan is outward looking and sums up our vision and ambitions and will drive our internal service plans.
