Aylesham Village has been identified as a strategic opportunity
site to provide up to 1200 new homes and associated employment and
recreational uses.
- Connaught Barracks
Located to the north of Dover town centre and adjacent to Dover
Castle, Connaught Barracks covers an area of 56 ha, of which 12.5
ha is suitable for the evelopment of new homes.
- Buckland Mill
SEEDA’s plans to redevelop of the former Buckland Paper mill site
include a quality mixed use development scheme.
